As a Systems Support Technician, you will be tasked with the resolution of all customer-facing issues including problems, systems maintenance issues and monitoring.
You will liaise with customers via a number of different portals, log faults and track their progress and resolution time. Additionally, you will provide systems support to both internal and external customers.
You must have experience of working within a support or helpdesk environment. Equally important are your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to act on your own initiative.
As a Systems Support Technician, you must be personable, friendly and eager to help customers in any way you can. Articulate and proactive, you must also be willing to learn and advance your skills as well as operate within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience of Microsoft Server software would be beneficial to your application. A UNIX digital certificate would also be an advantage, as would experience of network architecture. A proven track record of financial systems and/or share trading would be equally favourable.
