Interact with the user community on customer inquiries and system requirements
Serve as the Front-End Service Owner, who manages technical escalations and coordinates with back-end support groups.
Learn how to develop quick fixes through Unix Scripts and/or Oracle SQL.
Work with the best IT professionals in the industry, dealing with cross-functional technical and business teams on a daily basis.
You will also have the opportunity to learn other related technologies, programming languages and systems. In addition, you will also work towards valuable IT certifications, as required by the projects you will work on.
Graduate of any IT or Engineering Course
Ability to communicate self and ideas clearly
Ability to analyze processes for areas for improvement
Interest in learning more about the IT industry, IT Certifications and the overall business
This is a Highly Critical Role: Candidate must be open to working on a shifting schedule.
Schedules change every month, and may be flexed as dictated by business need - Dayshift is from 9am to 6pm, Midshift is from 1pm to 10pm and Nightshift begins any time after 12mn.
A generous Shift Premium will be paid on top of the Monthly Salary.
