Reporting to the Service Manager - Telephone. Performs PABX functions in the hotel. Accurately connects telephone calls and is responsible for the efficient and smooth flow of calls to every department. Provides highest level of telecommunications service to both internal and external people/callers.
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
- Familiar with Opera system. Proficient with computers
- Highly motivated and passionate about the job and his/her career in the hotel
