Job Description

The role holder is the first point of contact for external customers into the branch and the processing of standard transactions. They additionally identify basic customer needs resulting in successful referrals on our products and services.


•* Escalate suspicious transactions or behaviour accordingly

Transaction Processing (Excellence) -
* Consistently process transactions in a shorter amount of time, and always accurately
* Able to handle more complex/ exceptional transactions within set process standards
* Identify and escalate process improvement or cost reduction solutions
* Identify opportunities for customer to use alternative channels to meet needs e.g. Intranet site, telephone banking etc.

Generating Referrals (Required) -
* Identify customers¿ initial financial needs
* Timely resolution of basic customer queries

Generating Referrals (Excellence) -
* Refer customers to appropriate sales colleagues e.g. PFC

Customer Experience (Required) -
* Provide a consistent and professional approach to customer service

Customer Experience (Excellence) -
* Deliver an engaging experience, leading to repeated profitable business from customer
