Job Description

Job Description   To ensure the delivery of quality service to customers 
To provide customers (including prospective customers) with the information about SCB,s consumer banking and to cross sell in a customer friendly way. 
To manage customer traffic and to serve Cash customers


Key Roles & Responsibilities   • To ensure optimal customer service to all customers. 
• To achieve set targets in terms of service standards for customer transactions. 
• Manage and recommend workflow changes for greater efficiency 
• To perform all the tasks as per the task list attached. 
• Any other job assigned by the manager. 
• Act as a full and efficient back up of other Teller


  Qualifications & Skills   • Preferably a University Graduate. 
• Should be able to read and speak fluent English / Arabic. 
• Should have a pleasing personality. 
• Should have a good knowledge of SCB operational processes and procedural guidelines. 
• Should have a good knowledge of the Groups Policy, Standards, local regulations and legislation of the prevention of money laundering. 
• Should have basic PC skills
