Job Description

- TEN incident reporting and coordination with Ghana
- Support/educate Delivery Teams with Incident Reporting
- TEN weekly and monthly reporting and coordination with Ghana
- TEN monthly Dashboard
- Implementation and co-ordination of EHS Contracts (ERM EIA;ERM SS; BV IVB) and requisitions
- Development and Coordination of EHS Workshops, Training, Awareness Sessions and QPRs
- T- support the EHS Manager and Lead the following:
- EHS Themes and Campaigns
- EHS Learning Materials
- TEN Health Programme
- EHS Training workshops
- Audit programmes and Site inspections
- Incident investigations
- Leadership, Hazard Awareness and Behaviour Based Safety workshops
- T- represent the EHS Manager at PLT meetings when he is not available 


NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent. Graduate (on secondment) Mechanical or Chemical Engineer
Passion for EHS
Knowledge of Tullow Values and EHS behaviours
Knowledge of Construction procedures and practices
Familiarity with Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis
Understanding that all incidents are preventable
Confident t- intervene when at risk behaviour or unsafe conditions are observed
Familiarity with or attendance at Behaviour Based Safety, Hazard Awareness and EHS Leadership programmes/workshops
Competent with computer packages 
High personal integrity
Flexible approach and able t- work under pressure.
Positive and enthusiastic
Committed t- high EHS standards.
Good communicator with open and constructive styles
Team player
