The Training in charge provides support both administrative and strategic to the IT, ERP and HR departments organises and maintains efficient coordination between the ERP team and the new comers to the business on of all aspects of training, scheduling, education and learning and provides day-to-day assistance for the trainers and all those using the business as usual training facility.
» Is the point of contact for all BAU trainers and new comers to the business
» Ensure all records are kept up to date and participants get accurate and timely joining instructions and other relevant information
» Advise department employees on required system programs available within the BAU department
» Organise and carry out the distribution of bulletins and other documentation relevant to the training function
» Prepares all training resources pre-training-Admin
» Follow up on participants lists
» Ensure that proper program documentation, record keeping, and materials inventory are completed and kept current.
» Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and
work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
» Identify problem areas, recommend solutions, and propose changes to existing training procedures
» Responsible for performing a training needs analysis, for determining the appropriate method of training to be used, and for evaluating training methods to ensure goals are met.
» Coordinate with the ERP team to keep all training material up to date.
» Manage, engage and develop the team reporting to him/her using the performance management tool (PDR)
» Record and update room bookings for training events and meetings and maintain registers for course bookings
» Liaises with attendees and department representatives regarding training including follow up
» Monitor stocks of training materials and reordering as appropriate.
» Create BAU implementation plan based on ERP project gaining stability after each roll out.
» Set the objectives and budgets for own team members and ensure their accomplishment
» Compile training policies and procedures as required per BAU roll out.-Plan
» Prepare the training events calendar-Plan
