Job Description

- Train on all P&G portfolio of fragrances and Makeup/Skincare, update on all new initiatives & Sales techniques.

- Deliver the advocacy program through training sessions.

- Implement proper grooming for all BCs: Basic Uniforms, Promotional uniforms.

- Build strong and mutual relationships both internally and externally with partners to create win-win solutions.

- Show flexibility and adaptation for other tasks: BCs commission scheme, incentive scheme.

- Track annual budget quarterly with by month allocation of activity

- Manage advocacy travel plan

The Training Manager is responsible for developing local strategies& deployment that ensure brand goals & objectives. 


– Must speak Arabic.

– Can travel to Saudi, Gulf, South Africa.
