The programmes will include (but not limited to) leadership, career and performance development, safety and security subjects both offline and online. To meet the current and future needs of the organisation the job holder is to manage and ensure that all programmes are consistently aligned with corporate objectives, and manage the design of bespoke effective learning solutions for all levels within the organisation based on the current competency framework.

Programme Design Delivery & Evaluation: Working under the direction of Head of Training participate in design, development and delivery of training programmes or assist in outsourcing as appropriate. Evaluation of learning is to include, but not limited to, immediate feedback and application of learning to the workplace.
Continual Improvement: Conduct regular audit, review and evaluation of training programs, materials, examinations and equipment. Recommend and implement approved changes in order to ensure quality standards, best practices and business needs are met. Seek feedback from individuals, HR, line supervisors and managers on the impact of training programs.
Bespoke Programme Design: As required, project manage the design and development of individual training programs ensuring that both design and delivery are suitable for the audience. Make appropriate, cost effective use of all available resources and learning delivery options, including classroom and online courses on the Learning & Development portal.
Internal Consultancy: Liaise with DA staff, supervisors and managers, to assist them with selecting appropriate Learning& Development opportunities for all employees at all levels. Provide feedback to Head of Training to assist in identifying development priorities and business requirements.
Benchmark: Conduct an agreed regular review of the L&D functions of external organisations. Report on the findings from these sessions and make recommendations for improvement and update materials and processes as agreed.
- Educated to degree level from a leading university in a relevant functional area.
- Recognised professional qualifications in learning and development.
- Bilingual (English & Arabic)
A minimum of 8 years experience as a trainer in a blue-chip organisation of which 2 years must have been spent in a supervisory role, preferably in a multi-cultural environment.
- Demonstrated expertise/experience as an educator in a leadership and/or management programmes.
