Plans, organizes, monitors, coordinates and conducts training activities effectively in order to upgrade the performance of our employees to meet the hotel standard. Also assists in implementation of systems and programs in employee relations and revenue generation, thereby assisting the Director of Human Resources in accomplishing hotel and department goals and objectives.
Proficient in oral and written English, articulate and preferably has good understanding with the local language
College graduate or with University degree
Has at least 2 years experience as a Training Manager in an international class hotel
Has effective organizational, analysis and training skills, strong interpersonal relationship, self-starter, positive role model, goal oriented, tactful and sensitive to guest and employee needs and team builder
With financial background, computer knowledge and is willing to work on extended duty hours
Preferably has knowledge of Integrated Management System ( ISO 14001:2004-Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001:2007 - Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 22000:2005 - Food Safety Management System)
