Provide leadership and strategic direction for training across Sales, including collaborative efforts with co-promotion and outsource partners.
Work closely and collaborate with headquarter and field based Sales Leaders, IT, Brand Teams, Outsource and Co-Promotion Partners, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance to develop content and training appropriate for the goals of their geographies and brands.
Plan and coordinate training plans, schedules, and deployment of trainers to priority initiatives.
Set objectives, coach/mentor, assesses performance and addresses skill development for trainers.
Ensure that training is maximizing sales force competency with performance based metrics tied to sales results.
Manage the development of metrics to monitor the effectiveness of the Sales Training program and adjusts training plans as appropriate to deliver improved performance.
Minimum of B.Sc from a reputable University
Minimum of 5 years experience in specified position
Good communication and leadership skills
Proficiency and facilitating experience in Sales & I.T.
