This role has been designated as a Safety Sensitive Position i.e. a position which involves activities where, because of risk to the individuals concerned or to others, the employee needs to have full, unimpaired control of their physical and mental capabilities. It will therefore be necessary for the provisionally selected candidate to undergo a medical check- up with our Emirates Clinic for a fit to work evaluation, prior to a decision being taken to select / not select. To ensure the effective design, development and delivery of training programmes/ projects to internal customers and third parties.
To ensure courses are consistently aligned with Service Delivery and Corporate objectives and are fully compliant with relevant legislation.
Manage and support a team of Cabin Crew Training Officers (TOs) and Cabin Crew Part Time Trainers (PTTs).
•Degree in Business / Training/ HR / Learning or related discipline / IT & Media Production, plus 5 years relevant job experience including training roles (course design and delivery) and supervisory roles
•12 years schooling or equivalent, plus 8 years relevant job experience including training roles (course design and delivery) and supervisory roles.
Additional role specific qualifications and experience required:
•Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP) Training
•Qualifications such as IATA Diploma e.g. safety management, aviation studies.
•Certificate in CRM, Human Factors.
•Experience in aviation safety and/or emergency procedures training.
•Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and able to use Multimedia as a training tool.
•High standard of written and spoken English and high level interpersonal skills.
•Preferred experience of writing comprehensive reports and gathering and analysing data
•Regulatory technical writing skills are an advantage.
