Duties and Responsibilities

*Coordinating the travel plans of staff

*Making travel, boarding and lodging reservations for the staff in the destination place

*They organize the passport and visa requirements by ensuring that they are still valid

*They take care of currency conversions in cases of foreign travel

*Make travel and accommodation reservations for delegates who visit the organization from different places
