The program is structured for 1 year, where initially the candidates will train in a department of their interest to gain clear understanding about the group and the way we function along with on the job training, and during the remaining six months specialise in a section of the same department. On completion of the program successful candidates will be absorbed within the Jumeirah Group in a Mid-Level Managerial Position, depending upon their performance during the training tenure.
Resources to support the program are internal courses, books, and learning opportunities in the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management. To ensure successful completion of the Program there will be a training plan, assignment of Roles and responsibilities, meetings and progress reports and Support through a mentor/coach.

- Holding minimum of Higher Diploma graduated in 2012 /2013
