Job Description

As a Customer Experience Researcher you will work with talented and highly collaborative CX researchers and designers.

You will be responsible in defining, leading and communicating the research activities for a wide range of projects within the Desktop & Cloud line of products.

Working on projects in the Desktop & Cloud product family requires passion for UX research and a strong customer advocate throughout the product development cycle.

You must have a solid understanding of user experience research methodologies and have lead and managed UX research activities such as field studies, competitive analysis, focus groups, remote usability testing, and quantitative evaluations.

You also have demonstrated the ability to synthesize data, prioritize, come up with actionable recommendations and communicate your findings to stakeholders.

Excellent people skills are a must since you will work directly with customers, prospects and stakeholders.

The ability to build strong partnerships with our product managers, architects, designers, and customers is very important.

You also must be able to juggle multiple projects; have excellent organization and time management skills. 


A minimum of 5 years driving various UX research activities such as usability testing, field studies, focus groups, card sorting, interviews, etc. 

Demonstrated excellent project management skills; 

A proven ability to communicate and collaborate with other designers, developers, product managers, and researchers in geographically dispersed locations. 

Demonstrated passion forthe user experience research and a track record of providing translating research findings to actionable recommendation ; 

Demonstrated ability to think strategically while also recognizing the significance of details 

Excellent diplomatic and communication skills, including the ability to articulate the business value of UX research and its process; 
Familiarity with various UX research tools such as Morae, Clicktale, Camtasia, or other similar tools 

A bachelor's degree in HCI, Human Factors or related field; Masters or higher preferred.
