Job Description

Build your expertise
Being a Valuation Review Manager is a rare opportunity to be a part of a newly created and bespoke specialist team. It’ll be down to you to provide a seamless process for the review of property valuations and make commercial decisions regarding their acceptability, making the process user friendly and efficient from the perspective of colleagues across the business. It’s a role with plenty of exposure and the perfect way to quickly become a recognised expert in credit risk evaluation.

What you’ll give our customers as a Valuation Review Manager
You’ll be responsible for the review of all levels of property valuations, seeking guidance where appropriate for high value and complex valuations and constantly looking for ways to improve the efficiency of the process. In doing so, you’ll comply with all Barclays policies and procedures and contribute to the overall monitoring of performance through feedback to high-level stakeholders.

What you’ll get in return
Help our customers get the best that Barclays has to offer, and you’ll get the same in return. We’re not just talking about valuable benefits like great bonus potential, private healthcare, childcare savings, and a huge range of employee discounts. You’ll also enjoy a unique company spirit that believes in giving people the freedom to do a great job today, and the support to reach their biggest ambitions in the future.

What you’ll need as a Valuation Review Manager
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need to develop and effectively apply a solid knowledge of the valuation process together with a pragmatic approach to business. The ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues is a must, and you’ll need to show us outstanding communication skills and the ability to work equally well as an individual or as part of a team.
