Role: Provide high quality professional estate management and valuation service to all clients in order to fulfill the objectives of the company.


  • Undertake the valuation of assets in accordance with the instructions of the client
  • Advise on property values and land purchase
  • Prepare valuation reports in accordance with the IVRS and IFRS standards
  • Determine property attributes which affects value and apply those judgment to property within specified market areas to determine market values
  • Keep up to date of industry factors that may impact the real estate industry
  • Conduct feasibility and viability studies for projects
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for the Company
  • Prepare and present weekly, quarterly and yearly report on valuation executions
  • Build and maintain a Valuation database
  • Provide support to the Agency, Facilities and Management departments
  • Skills and Specifications
  • Demonstrable experience in surveying including acquisitions/disposals, valuation ratings, lease renewals and estate management
  • Ability to write accurate and detailed valuation reports and presentations
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Suite
  • Able to prioritise, plan and organise own workload to meet conflicting priorities, targets and deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Managerial skills
  • Able to work on own or as part of a team
  • Good negotiating skills
