Job Description
• Manage the CTO and CEO's diaries via online Calendars
• Stay on top of the upper management's schedules and itineraries
• Assist in over all admin functions as instructed by Manager
• Arrange, book and update appointments when necessary
• Manage booking of meeting rooms/venues and coordination with expected participants mostly via email
• Perform data entry tasks as assigned
• Report and work closely with the Manager in keeping track of the CTO and CEO's schedules and other tasks
Requirements
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant
• Highly proficient in Admin tasks particularly in managing upper Management members' calendars
• Very organized and able to efficiently multitask
• Strong English skills in both written and oral communications
• Quick learner, adapts well to changing priorities and effective in communicating instructions and updates
• Highly reliable, committed and has initiative in identifying other pertinent tasks
• Fast typist with high level of accuracy
• Tech and internet Savvy
• Knowledge or background in CRMs will be an advantage but not required
