Job Description

• Must have completed at least two (2) years of college or must possess a vocational/short course certificate
• Excellent English Communication skills both written and spoken
• Must have at least 1 year relevant work experience
• Executive/ Corporate Secretary experience is a PLUS!
• Must have good telephone etiquette
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge in Internet Explorer, Microsoft office and Google Docs is preferred
• Ability to use Mail Chimp and or associated software is a PLUS!
• Must be willing to work on a shifting and/or graveyard schedule
