Job Summary:

The VP administration is basically to do the organization work as well as administration work with the technicalities. The job requires exceptional organizational skills. The person that is successful in securing the position will have to stamp their personality on its requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

* The candidate will have to maintain the coordination so it is needed to do the coordinating corporate activities.

* He or she also has to do the technical work such as providing technical and general advice to company executives and the administrators.

* He or she will have to prepare the records and the reports time to time properly with the transparency according to the needs of the organization.

* He or she will have to work with the different departments and the seniors so will have to maintain the coordination with the various departments within the organization.

Skills and Specifications:

* The candidate desiring for the job must have the ability to work to tight deadlines as it is the requirement.

* The candidate must have the skills of organization as he or she will have to do the work related to that.

* The candidate must have the communication skills both written and verbal which is very necessary.

* The candidate should have the skills of preparing the reports and will have to manage that also so should have the project management skills.

* The candidate will have to do a number of tasks and should have the ability to delegate tasks properly time to time.

Education and Qualification

This is not a role that is purely restricted in terms of academic qualifications. There are certain successful candidates that bring nothing more than their experience. Generally speaking it would be helpful if the applicant had one or more of these qualifications:

* The candidate must have the good all round education to Advanced Level.

* A diploma or degree from a recognized institution must be needed for the job as it will be added as an advantage.

* The candidate should have the required computer knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

* He or she must have the skills of management so having general management Certifications would be an added advantage.
