- Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.

- Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests.
- Take beverage and food orders.
- Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner.
- Check-in with guests to ensure that everything is going well
- Deliver guest’s bill and thank them for dining at the restaurant.

- Suggests food and beverages ~ to be well versed with the menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.
- Cleans and polishes Glassware, China ware, hollowware and flatware.
- Maintains cleanliness and place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation
