Adedapo Abiound Facility & Management Services (AA Facilities & Maintenance) was incorporated in Febuary 2008. Our primary focus is to provide facility management, project management and real estate development consultancy, training and professional services delivery support to corporate organizations and private investors with major real estate assets. We pride ourselves in the delivery of high quality professional services while ensuring minimum total life cycle cost of the asset to the owner.
We are in collaboration with our foreign technical partners; we are also, able to access global best practices, systems and standards to deliver best value to our customers leveraging our knowledge and
expertise of the local operating environment. Our foreign partner is a leading firm of international property consultants and chartered surveyors with a network of offices in the UK.
AA Facilities & Maintenance Services is also in active collaboration with the International Facility
Management Association (IFMA) Nigerian chapter. Our reputable organization is among those that are awarded with ISO 9001:2008 certification by both UKAS and ANAB in the UK and US respectively. In 2012, AA Facilities won the IFMA Excellence Award for the Best Corporate FM Stakeholder. This same year, Facility Maintenance Benchmarking, the global body responsible for tracking the performance of facilities management in organizations and establishing universal standards. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Facility Management Organization Review;
In AA Facility and Maintenance Services we provide a holistic Facilities Management review service, utilizing our significant market experience of Facility Maintenance across many sectors and industries. The scope of the review covers: organization and people, processes, standards, procedures and the Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system. We develop and appraise options which achieve: alignment of FM delivery to your core business objectives, optimization of FM delivery to ensure value for money and provide options tailored to your own unique context.
Facility Audit/Condition Survey;
We provide a facility audit/condition survey service aimed at systematically recording inventory and
locations of existing facility assets, identifying facility deficiencies and determining the functional performance of building components and infrastructure. The scope includes developing a facility audit/condition survey report, preparing a short term plan for maintenance and repair activities to correct observed deficiencies and identifying and prioritizing capital projects covering major improvements
On-site Facility Management;
We provide maintenance and management of hard and soft services including: electrical, mechanical
civil infrastructure, landscaping, grounds, support services etc. The services provided onsite includes:

â€¢ occupant relations/interface management,

Facility Management Training:
We provide training according to specific needs of clients to meet identified competency gaps in their

Life Cycle Asset Development;
AA Facilities provides a Life Cycle Development service which involves the facilitation and implementation of a comprehensive Life Cycle Asset Management. AA Facilities provides a range of branded generator sets to suit the alternative power needs and requirements of all customers. We provide a 24/7 generator set (100kva-1250kva) rental service for all uses including corporate endeavours, event planners and residential estates. We also have a strong in-house technical team for the effective handling of routine maintenance and repairs of all generator related problems.
World-Class Technical and Operational Support: We have a formal Technical Services Agreement in place with an international reputable Facility Management company in the UK with corporate headquarters in New Jersey, USA. This guarantees access to global standards, systems and specialist resources and supports to tackle major FM challenges.
