Job Summary
Application Support Engineer is responsible for providing efficient, effective and reliable support of various business applications.
Job Responsibilites
- Application administration and maintenance
- Provide data between applications
- Develop and maintain wide-variety of reports
- Provide guidance and assistance to business users
- Coordinate with application vendors
- Support various other spot applications.
Job Requirements
- Working knowledge on various developer tools such as Toad, SQL Query
- Must have strong SQL Skills (T SQL, PSQL)
- Database Management (ORACLE or SQL Server)
- Ability to troubleshoot/diagnose problems
- Business application support is a plus
- Insurance application knowledge is a plus
- Good communication skills and must be a great team player
