To research, source and develop new business with existing or new customers with current or new products, in line with the Business Strategy and in conjuction with the Area Manager.
Development, implementation and management of Product and Account strategies and business plans across Nigeria as regards to Expro's product lines (well Test, Deep sea Engineering, Wireline, DAQ, Prouction systems etc)
Responsibility for delivery of the operational activities for designated clients.
To assess, recommend and manage investment and resources for operational activities associated with designated clients/product lines.
Executive reporting of business performance to MD, including outlook, risks and opportunities.
Full account management responsibility for agreed current and future product range in designated sectors. Responsibilities include management of terms, investment, claims, forecasting and promotional activity.
Ensure clear communications with customers in terms of pricing, logistics, product specifications, promotions etc.
To Identify and develop sales opportunities for Expro
Provide support to the customer (and their customers) in the form of Product and pricing information, accompaniment of Sales Representatives on end users viaits, provision of samples, product leaflets and marketing information.
Develop strategic plans to maintain existing business and develop new opportunities.
Organise and manage the setting up and manning exhibitions, open days and to maintain Expro's brand profile in all the customers' outlets
Assist marketing and Expro when required in the form of Competitor information, product pricing and performance evaluation and and all intelligence in the channels that will give us a competitive advantage.
handling of customer enquiries and troubleshooting.
Constant feedback of information with regard to market & competitor activities to colleagues and Management.
Attend sales meetings, conferences and other company events and carry out day to day administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
To actively participate in training and development activities as identified by the company.
To actively comply with all company employment policies and procedures.
A graduate with extensive experience in Well Testing/DAQ any of our product lines & the specific technology being provided.
Strong communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
Commercial awareness and a bias for identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
Budgeting, preparation of business, performing reporting.
