Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the candidate shall ensure the provision and delivery of prompt, efficient and cost effective maintenance and facilities management services. Oversee all aspects of site operations to ensure compliance to required specifications.
Job Responsibilites
Responsible for the day to day running of the facility maintenance operations and plan maintenance schedules and follow up
Set up and oversee preventive maintenance care schedule for the site. This requires good knowledge of operations, procedures and systems for civil, electrical and mechanical service installations
Manage the complete facility maintenance operation ensuring that the services provided meet specifications and client requirements.
Liaise with clients on all issues and follow up to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
Other duties as assigned by the Head of Operations & MD
Job Requirements
HND/B.Sc in Science/Engineering/Social Science or Related Course
Masters degree in related discipline a plus
Professional membership of related discipline plus
Minimum 8 years post qualification, 5 years of which must be in Facilities Management

- Understanding of local and international practices in the Facilities Management industry
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
