Job Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in the Social Sciences or related field
Masters Degree in Community Development/Education would be an added advantage
Minimum of 10 years experience in community relations position
Track record of building and managing alliances and working effectively with diverse stakeholders
Good Background in promoting Corporate Social Responsibility
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent judgement and sensitivity
Ability to present information concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writting
Ability to organize and priotize work
Ability to work independently with littel supervision
Excellent interpersonal skills
Conflict Resolution and Negotiation skills
