Job Summary
A newly established retail store urgently seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to assist the retail store manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy. The candidate will also help in coordinating operations.
Job Responsibilites
Ensure schedules and objectives are met
Supervise and motivate staff
Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications
Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data
Drive recruitment process and training and development
Secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines
Job Requirements
Graduate of any discipline.
Proven work experience as an Assistant Manager or similar roles
Experience in recruiting and performance evaluation is an asset
Familiar with financial and customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of data analysis procedures
Proficient user of MS Office
Leadership and organizational abilities
Analytical mind with good math skills
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving skills.
