Job Summary


  • You will have the opportunity to develop a portfolio of work, including compliance and advisory projects and IPOs
  • We will support the development of your and IFRS and US GAAP technical expertise through regular training, updates and access to knowledge
  • The role involves both assurance and advisory and will include developing profitable long-term relationships with senior client personnel
  • Identifying new business opportunities and working with internal contacts to convert Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior finance personnel
  • Develop your personal and professional profile within the firm
  • International travel prospects available
  • There is also the opportunity for exposure to business development
  • Work with both existing and aspiring SEC registrants, including several of the FTSE 100

    • Job Requirements



  • Must have a proven depth of knowledge and client-handling and auditing experience with the ability to guide and coach others
  • Professional qualification: CPA or ACA qualified (or equivalent)
  • US GAAP Experience
  • Academic qualifications: Degree qualified
  • Solid experience working with IPO's
