Develop the Sales strategy and operational sales plans
Develop and implement revenue growth plans for key industry verticals and markets.
Manage sales activities and business development consultants to optimise and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction
Establish goals and targets for the Business development team and monitor progress on an on-going basis.
Ensure necessary resources are made available to achieve successful sales, and monitor adherence to service standards
Manage sales activities and ensure staff competence to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
University degree or Higher National Diploma, with at least 8 years relevant experience selling consulting services or products to B2B clients.
MBA or other Masters level qualification would be an advantage. We seek a balanced combination of education and experience
