Job Summary
Lead a small sales team and drive design win revenue growth for to be named markets and customers. Experience in one or more of the following areas is required – broadband communications, set-top box, cable, satellite, home gateway.
Job Responsibilites
• Develop sales strategy to grow and maximize revenue with named markets and customers
• Work with to be named Business Units to ensure alignment on target plan and interface with Business units and FAEs on day to day activities
• Maintain, develop and strengthen relationships at all level levels at key customers
• Own design win revenue and production revenue forecasts for all customers
• Understand market and customer product strategies and evolution and work closely with internal marketing resources, and FAEs to align roadmaps
Job Requirements
• BSEE or other technical degree preferred
• Strong technical background
• Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in semiconductor industry
• Minimum 3 to 5 years management experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be able to work in team environment
• Strong negotiations skills
• Strategic sales vision
• Willing to travel frequently, both within EMEA and Internationally
• Fluent English essential
