Reporting to the Vice President, Sales and Marketing MEAI, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Develop and manage partnership marketing plans and budgets for the Region
• Plan and execute Regional partner marketing promotions and communications programs
• Work with Corporate functions to take full advantage of airline, credit card and other multibrand and multi-region programs
• Work with Distribution and Marketing Director, Regional Marketing Directors and Properties to identify needs and pursue partnerships accordingly
• Utilize market, consumer and competitive information to formulate partner programs and strategies that deliver enhanced brand strength within the Region
• Work directly with the hotels to assist the teams in developing annual partnership plans and assisting in developing local partners for the hotels as needed

• Previous experience is an asset
• Minimum of five years of partner marketing experience
• Professional written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with both travel industry and lifestyle partnership marketing programs and opportunities within the Region
• Excellent knowledge of tactical planning for and execution of partner marketing activities
• Understanding of FRHI’s brands and the shared customer bases they would have with partners
• Four year degree from an accredited university in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field
