Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Human Resources Middle East, Africa and India, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Executing and adapting all Talent and Learning initiatives for the Middle East, Africa and India (MEAI)
• Identifiying leadership and colleague level training and development needs and creating or sourcing solutions against those needs
• Communicates learning and development needs from the Region to the Centre team
• Provides inputs as a key stakeholder in all Talent and Learning initiatives developed in the Centre
• Partners with Executive Director, Human Resources to put in place strategies to retain and develop high potential leaders within MEAI
• Works with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends
• Collaborates with the Central Talent and Learning function by providing input on and executing all corporate programs within the MEAI Region
• Implements solutions which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-to-1 sessions, action learning & e-learning
• Delivers (or enables the delivery) of programs to required audience
• Maintains, supports and provides training on performance management process and tools with a focus on high potential leaders
• Assists with the development and implementation of training strategies for new hotel openings and transitions

• Experience of management development and soft skills training
• Experience of designing and delivering a variety of training solutions
• Budget management experience
• Degree, HR/related discipline or equivalent
• A strong communicator, both written and spoken, with superior facilitation skills
• Articulate, confident, organized and viewed as a leader by all levels of the organization
• Fluency in English required and Arabic language skills preferred
