Job Summary

As a member of a M&A team, you will spend most of your time supporting the Seniors, Managers and Senior Managers in conducting Advisory engagements relating to mergers & acquisitions, financial restructuring, privatization, pricing strategy etc. The selected person will also play an important role in new business development including marketing, proposal preparation and follow up. Prior experience of leading / managing project-teams as well as experience in business development and client relationship management will be crucial.

Job Responsibilites

â–º Be involved in preparing proposals to prospective clients

â–º Understanding the key business drivers, identifying key issues and risks / conclusions and providing value to the client through insights, factual conclusions and advice

â–º Actively participate at meetings with clients and other advisers throughout the transaction process

â–º Take responsibility for own learning and development, provide coaching to others, and participate in upward feedback

â–º Understand and manage the transaction risks from the client's and firm's perspective

â–º Share your technical and other knowledge with your team and the department.

Qualification

Technical skills requirements

â–º Knowledge of financial statements and valuation concepts and approaches

â–º Very good working knowledge of Microsoft excel
