Experience Required

•Previous PA or Office Management , travel experience
•Working with VISA’S, International bookings as well as domestic arrangements
•2-5 years experience in related field
•Responsible for overall office admin budget
•Organizing necessary arrangement for key business and company meetings, conferences, events, workshop including meetings/ telecom/video conference arrangement
•Booking of facilities, catering, communication and meeting materials
•Provide secretarial support to MD and management team
•Arranging travel arrangement (flights, accommodation, transport and VISA)
•Preparing meeting schedules and Minute taking
•Management of the MD calendar (Diary Management)
•Management of reception
•Liaising with local suppliers and contractors
•Liaising with Sales, Procurement, Finance department
