Job Summary


• Writing cheques and attending to banking transactions as may be required
• Inputting all transactions into QuickBooks accounting system or any other reporting template as may be required by funders
• Day to day management of office petty cash transactions; production of weekly/monthly spreadsheets and entering them into Quickbooks accounting system
• Process budget advance/requisitions, payments, receipts and other necessary accounting activities.
•Prepare summary of balances, cost information, or other reports as requested for use in preparing financial documents; including: processing all income and expenditure
•Monthly reconciliation of all bank statements
•May prepare payroll, and perform such other duties as may be required


Administration
• To provide general office administration support
•To manage office supplies
•To assist in simple HR functions, such as leave record management, etc
•To maintain orderly filing and documentation system, and manage the daily office schedule
•Manage inventory records, which include; stationery, office equipment, etc. and assist in procurement
•Perform other duties as may be required

Job Requirements

Ordinary National Diploma with Accounting background or equivalent
•Fresh graduates welcome to apply
•Ability to work on MS office (Word and Excel)
•Able to work under minimum supervision
•Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, self-motivated and a team player
• Able to multi-task with positive attitude
• Able to commence duty in the shortest period of time
• Availability and related work experience
