Job Description
  • Provides company secretarial and corporate governance service as per legislative requirements.
  • Organises and administers the smooth running of meetings for a portfolio of clients, producing accurate minutes, resolutions and related documents
  • Administers or oversees client portfolio statutory records, registers and lodges the necessary returns
  • Provides general support and input to databases of information on directors, trusts, subsidiaries companies, signing powers, etc.
  • Manages remuneration of directors/trustees and assists with their induction
  • Draws up meeting timetables for regular meetings of subsidiaries, trusts and board committees
  • Applies the knowledge of the application and implementation of legislation of the Companies Act, Corporate Governance, basic knowledge of the principles of Competition laws and basic knowledge of the rules of a multiplicity of other acts.
  • Provides expert legal advice on company legal matters


Desired Skills & Experience
  • Chartered Secretary (ICSA)
  • LLB
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position preferably in a financial services industry
