Job Summary

Assist Managing Director / Property Directors in setting up the Real Estate Team
Establish processes / standards to transfer ownership
Negotiate acquisitions / renewal terms with Inter-Regional Developers, landlords and regional mega malls
Source first few new sites in new markets

Job Requirements

15 years' experience in a multi-site retail business in property and/or finance and/or operations
Proven experience in retail market planning and business analysis and contractual experience
Strong leadership, influencing and presentation skills
Business / finance / property related Degree essential
