Job Summary

Reporting to the Director General, the successful candidate will have responsibility for ensuring the provision of timely and qualitative administrative and support services to the commission. In particular, he/she will oversee the general administration, facilities, property management and procurement functions of RSWSRC.

Job Responsibilites
  • Champion the deployment of appropriate systems and structures to enhance the Commission’s operational activities
  • Oversee general administration support, fleet management/logistics, procurements, facilities, branch development, site acquisitions and property management, as well as contract administration and project management
  • Conduct periodic reviews of existing systems and procedures to ensure maximum operating efficiency and economy
  • Provide administrative and logistics support to the various SBUs to ensure hitch-free operational activities
Job Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in related disciplines from a reputable university. Relevant professional qualification(s) will be an advantage
  • A minimum of 8years cognate experience, with at least 3years experience at management level
  • Proven experience in the implementation of general services functions such as facilities management, safety, security and procurement
  • Strategic orientation, good leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members, including external contractors and consultants
  • Good project management and planning, as well as strong negotiation skills
