Job Summary

The head of HR/Admin shall be responsible for both office administration and Human Resources management. Leading and supporting the development and management of human resource; business administration; office management, vendor and supplier management (including IT) issues, policies and procedures.

·         Supervise all HR/Admin staff

·         Manage the set-up and day to day delivery of office management

·         Manage vendor and supplier relationships to meet operational needs

·         Property/ Office management, including ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation

·         Manage the expense submission; review and payment for internal business expenses

·         Consult with Management in providing day to day HR guidance and services

·         Manage the development and implementation of local policies and procedures

·         Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the management to develop solutions, programs and policies in compliance with applicable Nigerian Labour law

·         Coordinate recruitment, selection and on-boarding

·         Provide day to day performance management  guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)

·         Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention

Job Requirements

·         First degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources or a related field

·         Candidate must possess professional certification

·         A Master’s degree in a relevant course would be an advantage

·         5 – 8 years of relevant experience is required of which at least 3years experience must be in leadership position
