A good first degree in Quality Surveying from a reputable institution and /or an MBA will be an added advantage.

Relevant Project Management certification will be a distinct advantage.

A minimum of 8 years cognate experience in similar position is desired.

Working knowledge of project management tools is essential.

Hand-on experience in project scheduling and monitoring, project engineering and costing, as well as the tendering and procurement processes

Strong knowledge of multi project operations.

Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to coordinate and simulteneously align various operation sites

Excellent leadership, negotiation and influencing skills.
