We have a newly created role within the HR Department at Chalhoub. This role will be as a HR Business Partner, reporting directly to the Senior HRBP of the Business Unit they will be representing.
- Championing the HR Agenda within the Business Unit across all areas.
- Learning and Development - the role will involve capturing the training needs within the business, assessing and scoring indivduals within the division and setting KPI's.
- Working with Manager's on appraisals
- Direct HR contact for those working in the Business Unit
- Onboarding of new candidates.
- Right hand person for the General Manager's
- Working across the region - looking at staff mobility.
- Ensure Group HR strategy is implemented across the Business Unit
- Strengthen the presence of HR within the Business Unit
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong HR generalist background.
- Will have exeperience working in a strategic HR function
- Be mature and capable of dealing with General Manager's.
- Be resilient and focussed.
- Approx 5-7years of HR Experience required
Arabic speaker is required.
