Job Summary
· Leads human resources business processes for the site, organizational unit or corporate functional area, and ensures legal compliance and adherence to company policies
· Compiles and analyses data from human resources activities and recommends changes. Partners with managers and employees to resolve employee and labour relations issues and concerns
· Resolves conflicts, and provides coaching and counselling on human resources matters
· Leads performance management activities, including employee development planning
· Provides staffing and recruiting support, and evaluates structure, job design and headcount forecasting, and other people data analysis; creates and identifies a diverse workforce
· Facilitates compensation process and benefits administration by partnering with the shared services or corporate human resources function; develops and implements hourly workforce compensation recommendations
· Creates employment contracts as required by local law or practice.
Skills And Experience Required:
· Strong HR Generalist experience with a manufacturing background
· Up to date knowledge of employment law including employment tribunal’s
· Significant experience of handling investigations and developing HR policy and procedures
· Experience in union negotiations / annual pay bargaining

Required Education / Licences / Certifications:
