Job Summary

Account Executive OEM
The role is a part of Dell OEM Solutions channel responsible for developing our OEM business in EMEA.

We are now looking for OEM Business development managers to join the new EMEA Dell OEM Solutions team.

This customer facing role will acquire and develop OEM business in their assigned territory within the Dell EMEA region.

The OEM Account Executive will be based in Dubai.

Job Responsibilites

Working closely with the Dell OEM Solutions account teams & sales managers.
Identify and support the development of new and existing OEM projects within large global customers.
Be the face of Dell's OEM business to the customer.
Build multi-level customer relationships and support the Dell OEM Solutions account team and management to drive growth.
Proactively communicate and sell Dell OEM Solutions services to drive account growth.
Identify and manage pipeline of opportunities, track projects and manage biweekly operational calls with support of the account manager.
Co-owns the respective business plan for assigned accounts with the Dell OEM Solutions sales team.
Providing all forecasts/updates required by sales management to required deadlines.
Support driving quarterly financial targets, metrics & objectives.
Consistently deliver a great customer experience.
Work closely with all aligned teams, e.g. internal sales, program management & solutions resources to fulfill the customer requests.

Job Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
In depth OEM industry knowledge and overall product line knowledge.

Understanding of customer’s decision making process, goals, objectives and strategies.

Strong business and financial acumen.
Assesses potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions. Develops product solutions for customers.

Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop long-term strategic and executive level relationships.

Based in Dubai and strong local market knowledge

Desired Skills:

Fluency in Arabic and English
Ability to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Must be well organized, detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
