Job Summary

Incumbent will work under the overall guidance of the Country Representative and under direct supervision of Senior Finance and Admin Officer

Job Responsibilites

Procurement, stock , managemnt and logistics for the organisation.

Maintenance of inventory records/register.

Stock and logistics managemnt of medicine and Lab related items

Administrative handling of workshops/trainings.

Occassional financial handling of workshop/trainings.

Amendments for partners/contracts external experts/staffs.

National security issues.

Administrative handling of travel arrangemnts. including ticketing, insurance and invitation letters


Secretariat duties

Supervise office staff

Other tasks if required

Job Requirements

Degree in a relevant field

5 years of experience as Office Manager preferably in a health oriented NGO environment

Experience in US AID and WHO funded projects

Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Office.

Excellent written and verbal English Language skills

A team worker

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
