Job Description

Your primary operational duty is to oversee the Projects to ensure that Company standards of performance are maintained, develop operational efficiency and source new business opportunities.
• Visit Company locations and meet the clients and report/comments back to the respected project manager for action and Country Manager for information.
• Company Operations must be reviewed against their respected scope of works, operational targets, Company Standard Operational Procedures and short falls must be forwarded to the relevant managers
• Liaise with the clients and respective project managers with regards future clients project plans or requirements and report back to the Director.
• Monitor Project Plans, Audits, Budgets and performance with the Project Managers
• Provide support and relief cover for the Administration Manager and Project Managers
• Liaison between the Project Managers and co-ordination of cross project support, training
• Providing support and review the plans for large functions/events.
• Look for future improvements or developments in operational efficiency & profitability in all areas of operation.
• Development, implementation and conformance to Group objectives and Standard Operating Procedures
• Monitor the Company Project Managers in their roles


• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, or,
• Business Degree / Diploma with Hospitality bias
• Computer literacy with experience in use of hospitality industry software
• Excellent interpersonal skills
