Job Summary

Manage all departmental performance issues.

Advise and implement policies and strategies for the development of departmental performance matters

Manage, influence and motivate staff associated with performance issues.

Manage development and implementation of monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards.

Ensure the quality of data and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

Coordinate and facilitate the communication of all performance issues to all staff. 

Manage and control budgets and expenditure for staff performance matters

Suggest possible and relevant training and guidance for performance gaps.

Advise managers on issues regarding and arising from performance and service improvement.

Job Responsibilites

Job Requirements

A minimum of BSC degree in any relevant field a certification in HR or prior experience in Human Resource will be an added advantage

 

Knowledge

Knowledge of setting up and administering monitoring systems, analyzing data and presenting results.
Knowledge of administering and monitoring training programmes with variety of aims, objectives and outputs.
Knowledge policy creation and administration.

 

Required Skills

Effective Numeracy skills
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)
Effective communication skills both verbal and written
Able to work as part of a team
Good analytical skills and the ability to impart detailed data to others.
