Work within KPO estimating team and with the Engineering contractor's estimating team to prepare the Project Sanction Estimate in accordance with the approved methodology and estimate plan. 
Prepare conceptual type study estimates as required 
Produce benchmarking and reconciliation reports to validate estimated costs. 
Assist Cost and Contract Engineers with the breakdown and allocation of procurement and contract package budgets. 
Review contractor's estimates for validation orders and change scope.
