Job Summary
  • Monitoring contractor’s progress and reporting to Resident Engineer
  • Anticipation and warning on issues which may impact on targeted time or cost outcomes
  • Review the contractor’s monthly payment applications and report with recommendations to senior QS
  • Monitor work against the approved construction programme
  • Evaluation of the cost and time impacts of changes and variations
  • Assistance in preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
    • Job Requirements
  • Relevant degree with QS Certification
  • 5-10 years relevant experience (Middle East experience beneficial).
  • Relevant post-contract site supervision experience in the Middle East (infrastructure experience preferable)
  • Large scale civil / structural projects experience is preferred (roads, earthworks). Expertise in Post-contract work is ideal.
  • Experience of FIDIC form of contract would be advantageous
