A Large High End International Bridal Boutique group is looking for a receptionist.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have experience working with money
• Good admin and organization skills
• Candidate must be well groomed and presentable
• Ability to work scheduled shifts
• Minimum of 2 years working experience
• High level of communication
• Honest and reliable
• Must be confident
• Must have driver’s license

Job Specification:

Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
Meet and greet clients
Handle all queries
Diary keeping
Sending out of all correspondence
Handling of appointments
Maintaining of database
