Job Summary

Renowned for developing new and better technology that solves everyday problems, they are best known for their vacuum cleaners which lead the market in the UK, Europe, Japan and the USA. But this is only the start. 

As part of their ongoing growth plans, they're looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator on a six month contract basis to join their Research, Design and Development (RDD) centre. 

Encouraged to challenge convention and aid in the sourcing in unique and highly talented individuals, you will help to fulfil Dyson's ambition of being truly different and better than their competitors. 

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting Dyson's RDD Recruitment Team in recruiting and on-boarding new talent into the business. Providing crucial assistance to a team of three Recruiters, you will act as the key contact for all recruitment support.

Liaising with RDD candidates and responding to enquiries, you will arrange interviews and ensure that a first class level of service is provided at all times. You will also be tasked with booking rooms for interviews, raising purchase orders, handling contracts of employment and updating candidate records.

Additionally, you will arrange a variety of Dyson recruitment events throughout the year and post job advertisements online in a timely and effective manner.

Job Requirements

Previous administration experience
- An excellent level of IT literacy, especially using MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint applications

As a Recruitment Administrator, you must possess an exceptional attention to detail and fantastic written and verbal communication skills. A flexible approach and the ability to support a fast-paced team are also key. 

Previous experience of using databases would be beneficial to your application, as would a working knowledge of in-house recruitment practices.
